Lets Bake Vanilla Cupcakes!

The weekend is my favorite time of the week to bake! Reason? Because I get to experience baking with my family!

Today’s Special is ” Vanilla Cupcakes with chocolate Icing”
This is a recipe that is both yummy and sweet for all age range and can be eaten during Brunch, Tea time or Dessert!

VANILLA CUPCAKES RECIPE

150g Butter 
130g Sugar
3 Eggs
160g Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder 
¼ tsp Baking Soda 
1½ tsp Vanilla Extract


DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 170°c
2. Mix Butter, Sugar, and Vanilla extract in a bowl and beat till fluffy.
3. Add 3 eggs one at a time to the creamed mixture and beat.
4. Measure flour, baking powder, baking soda in a bowl and sieve into the wet ingredients until just combined.
5. Line a cupcake tin with cupcake cases. Spoon the batter into the liners – fill only ⅔ full and bake.
6. Bake for 19-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.
