I Made these beauties yesterday and they went down a treat. Rich, gooey and extremely chocolaty.
RECIPE;
½ cup Softened butter
½ cup Caster sugar
½ cup Brown sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup Dark chocolate chips
½ cup All purpose flour
½ cup Cocoa powder
DIRECTIONS;
- Preheat oven to 170°C/340°F.
- Line a 9 inch square pan with grease proof paper.
- With a wooden spoon, mix together butter, and sugars until it forms a paste.
- Add vanilla extract and one egg at a time while mixing.
Melt chocolate chips slowly in microwave (be careful not to burn it). - Add melted chocolate to mixture.
- Sieve in flour and cocoa powder and mix until combined.
- Spread into baking pan and bake for approximately 30 to 35 minutes.
