Let’s Bake Gooey Chocolate Brownies

I Made these beauties yesterday and they went down a treat. Rich, gooey and extremely chocolaty.

RECIPE;

½ cup Softened butter
½ cup Caster sugar
½ cup Brown sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup Dark chocolate chips
½ cup All purpose flour
½ cup Cocoa powder

DIRECTIONS;

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C/340°F.
  2. Line a 9 inch square pan with grease proof paper.
  3. With a wooden spoon, mix together butter, and sugars until it forms a paste.
  4. Add vanilla extract and one egg at a time while mixing.
    Melt chocolate chips slowly in microwave (be careful not to burn it).
  5. Add melted chocolate to mixture.
  6. Sieve in flour and cocoa powder and mix until combined.
  7. Spread into baking pan and bake for approximately 30 to 35 minutes.
